2023 Medford FFA Banquet

The Medford girls golf team competed at regionals today in Clinton. Skylar Anderson shot a 95 and qualified for the state tournament next week! Kylie Keller was 4 strokes from qualifying as an individual as well. The team AGAIN scored their best team score of 448! Congratulations on a great season girls!

Order of Events for the 5th & 6th and JH track meet Friday, April 21, at Cherokee!

5-8th Track bus will leave @ 8:00 am Friday, April 21 for Cherokee! Bring water, lunch, and sunscreen.
Wakita bus is running about 10 minutes behind.
Order of Events for the 5th and 6th grade track meet Wednesday, April 19, at Lamont. It's going to be HOT! Don't forget water, lunch, snacks, and SUNSCREEN! The bus leaves at 8:00 am.

Medford girls golf placed 5th in Guymon today and qualified for the 2A Regional Golf tournament! Skylar Anderson led the team with a personal best score of 109, the team coming in with a team best score of 456! Congratulations girls!







Medford Route Buses will be running about 10 minutes late.

Congratulations Pride of Medford! They received ones and Sweepstakes trophies today!!!
We had 3 trophies for exceptional individual players ( Rylee Elson, Dalton Ebert, and Anna Jones)
And medals for outstanding brass section. (Peyton Smith, Thomas Conrady and Mary Evans).



Due to our High School Track meet load this week, we will NOT be attending the Ringwood Track Meet, April 13th. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The 5/6 and 7/8 track teams will BOTH be attending the Cherokee Meet on April 21st. The 7/8 will NOT attend the Pond Creek Meet on April 20th.
Congratulations to Kaylee Junghanns and Carlie Conrady! Kaylee placed 4th in the Animal Science division, and Carlie placed 3rd in the Natural Resource division at the Regional Speech Contest. These girls have worked hard on these speeches and spent many days away from home these past few weeks attending speech contests.

Wakita Bus will be running 15-20 minutes late.

ATTENTION ELEMENTARY PARENTS:
The elementary will be in charge of running the concession stand at the Medford Invitational Track Meet on Saturday, April 15. We are needing volunteers to work. If you are able and/or willing, please email Mr. Kysar @ pkysar@medford.k12.ok.us or call the office @ 395-2392. Concession stand opens at 9:30, and will close when the track meet ends. Approximate shifts will be 9:30-2:30 and 2:30-7:00...or you can work all day. Thank you, in advance, for volunteering!
7th & 8th grade track athletes:
The bus will leave from the school Thursday morning promptly @ 7:45 for Ringwood. Be sure to pack food, water, & SUNSCREEN!
