Due to the continued extreme heat, HS football practice on Wednesday, August 19, will start at 7:00 pm.
Practice on Thursday, August 20, will be at the regular time, with Meet the Cardinals starting at 6:30 pm.

There is a sign up sheet in the main office for those interested in being a 5th and 6th grade cheerleader. Sign ups close at the end of the school day on Tuesday, August 18. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Taylor at the school. A parent meeting will be held by the end of next week.
Covington/Pioneer Softball Festival Friday, Aug. 21st

Softball Games for Monday, Aug. 17th at Kremlin have been canceled.
Hunter Ed class available in Ponca City for anyone 4th-12th grade interested in archery.
If you already have Hunter Ed, you do not need it again.

Elementary Cross Country (1st-6th grade) starts practice Monday, August 17, after school. Athletes will need to meet in the cafeteria after school and walk over together to the Ag Building. Please ensure they have a water bottle, running shoes, and shorts. You can pick up your athlete after practice, at 4:10, at the Ag Building. We're excited for an awesome season!

ATTENTION 5th-8th Grade Parents:
Tonight, August 12, during Elementary Meet the Teacher, 5th-8th grade students are able to come to the building to check lockers and class schedules. Class schedules will be taped to student lockers. Please do not roam the Elementary Hallway!

The 2026 yearbooks are in and available in the office for the 2026 seniors! All other students will receive their yearbooks when they get back to school.

Cross-Country Reminder:
High School and Junior High Students who plan to run Cross-Country this year will start practice tomorrow, Monday, Aug. 10th at 6:30 am. Meet in front of the school cafeteria doors.
