Culinary classes completed their three week sourdough journey with beautiful and delicious loaves of bread! They took part in King Arthur Flour "Bake with Love" program. Students created their sourdough starter, feeding and making observations each day. Week 3 had them bulking up their starter so they could bake 2 loaves of bread, one for themselves and one to give away to someone with "love"!
