Regional HS Cross-Country Meet Sat., Oct.18th at OBA.

8th graders toured PTC in Ponca City today to learn about all of the programs offered to juniors and seniors!







5th and 6th grade boys will have basketball practice after school on Tuesday and Wednesday. After Coach Gallagher gets a list of the kids, he will create a room for communication.
NO JH boys athletics weights this week! Enjoy the week off for rest. We will pick up again Thursday, October 23, and Friday, October 24. #cardinalpride
Thank you to the firefighters from the Medford Fire Department for educating our students today about fire safety and prevention!



All of 8th grade will visit/tour PTC, in Ponca City, Monday, October 13. Students will meet in the cafeteria before 8:00 am. The bus will leave from the front of the school at 8:00 am. Please ensure students are following school dress code: appropriate shirts, short length, and please have them wear closed toed shoes. If students do not meet school dress code, they will not go on the trip.
Reminder: There will be a PTO meeting this evening at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. All are welcome!

It was a great morning to celebrate Walk-to-School Day! Approximately 170 people gathered to walk from the city park to school. Thank you to all who participated today!

In Ms. Johnson's 2nd grade class, we concluded our scientific study of the different states of matter with an experiment utilizing root beer/coke floats to demonstrate each form: solid, liquid, and gas. Everyone formulated a hypothesis and then documented the outcomes. Afterwards, they enjoyed the tasty treat!
