STUCO member aided in the annual Christmas Tree Decorating this morning in the cafeteria. Students Pre-K-8th decorated the tree with their hand-made ornaments and made the place a little more festive. Merry Christmas!

PTO has a staff "treat" Christmas tree set up in the main entry vestibule for parents who would like to spread some holiday cheer. Simply take one of the red ornaments (pieces of paper) off of the tree. Fulfill the $0-$5 wish listed inside and bring it back to the office with the staff sticky note provided. Just a simple way to say "Merry Christmas" to our staff during this busy time of year.

TODAY at the school starting at 10:00am! Check availability online here!

Our elementary Cardinal PRIDE program has received a $1,000 Operation Round-Up Grant from the AEC Foundation! The grant will be used for incentives and rewards for the program.
About Operation Round-Up:
“Small change that changes lives” is the foundation on which the Operation Round Up program was built. Members who agree to participate allow Alfalfa Electric Cooperative to “round up” their monthly electric bill to the next highest dollar.
All applications must be approved by the Alfalfa Electric Cooperative Foundation Board before funds are awarded and are judged based on the need and type of service required. The disbursement of funds to individuals and organizations are for:
• Food
• Shelter
• Clothing
• Medical Need
• Education
Thank you, Alfalfa Electric Cooperative!
Pictured with the award letter are Wade Morgan, Jentri Sturgeon, and Jase Royal. All three students have received Cardinal PRIDE Awards this semester!

Our October Star Students celebrated with pizza at Sugar Shak yesterday!

Incredible Pizza arcade & final general session led to OASC voting to amend the constitution and vote in Fairview (fellow D2 member 🎉) as President and Alva as VP! We received our Gold Chapter award, listened to yet another excellent speaker, and capped it off with some McAlester's before our 2.5 hour drive home. We came back with some excellent new ideas and ways to better our MHS organization. We are so thankful to be a part of the OASC and such an encouraging and wonderful community of leaders.

OASC STUCO State Convention at Owasso High School has been amazing! So many students have reconnected with BASIC buddies and met even more exciting new friends. We've listened to excellent speakers, been on the welcoming committee, played games, networked with leadership ideas, and Mary and Ady have even facilitated some small groups discussions! Another jammed packed night tonight and morning tomorrow to top it off.
