Mrs Nollenberger's class learned that fair doesn't always mean that everyone gets the same thing. Fair is when everyone gets what they need.

Coming soon to a classroom near you.....our August Star Students leading our Medford Elementary morning meeting newscast! 🤩
A special thank you to the student council members and Mrs. Locke for helping us kick off this project AND for being the stars of the show for our first month!

Medford Shooting Sports team had a busy week with their first two contests! They competed Monday in Balko and Laverne on Tuesday. Each competitor gained a tremendous amount of knowledge to apply moving forward.

Yearbook received some faulty button making materials and we want to make it right for all purchasers! If your fall sports button has a plastic back it will most likely break! Please bring any plastic backed buttons or already dismantled buttons back to the school and we will fix it for you! Be sure to save and return the picture if the button is already broken! We received metal replacement parts today!

ODWC will be hosting a Hunter Ed class in Medford. Any kids who are going to shoot trap for the school or shoot archery for the schools will need to have it done either in person or online.

Congratulations to our students who received Cardinal Pride referrals for our first 3 weeks of school! Cardinal Pride positive office referrals are given to students who are caught practicing our life principles from Great Expectations.

All-Sports will have a meeting Wednesday, September 11, at 7:00 P.M. in the school cafeteria.

The Medford 4-H and FFA students had a good County Fair! Now time for Oklahoma State Fair and Tulsa State Fair!

First football game for our HS cheerleaders! We are ready for a great season! 🤍

With beautiful weather, Cross Country ran at Cherokee this morning! Bly Frieouf, in his third HS meet of the season, brought home first place yet again 🥇!! Hayden Malchoff competed hard and improved her finish in her third HS race. The JH girls were at the front of the pack finishing Brennan Locke (3rd), Cadee Kelley (5th), and Maddie Drees (6th)! Elementary runner Max Drees finished top 5, and Avery Lamle led the group of Medford Elementary girls, with numerous other medals received by both male and female runners. Great job Cardinals!

Mrs. Nollenberger's first graders created dioramas to practice identifying the settings, characters, problems, and solutions to Little Red Riding Hood. The completed project then became a prop for us to use as we retold the story to each other. A few students chose to share it with some PreK friends.
