Medford Public Schools will be starting late tomorrow at 10am. There will be a quick breakfast option starting at 9:30am and buses will be running approximately 2 hours late. With the low temperatures we don't want any students walking. Please contact the school starting at 9:15 if any in town students need transportation.
Congratulations to the MHS Quiz Bowl team as they went 3-0 at the Area Meet today! As Area Champions they will compete at State in a couple of weeks!


STUCO Cardinals Against Cancer game is February 4th vs. PC-H. This year we are honoring Brad Mennem, 1993 graduate of MHS and current spouse, parent and active community member of Medford. Brad is battling colon cancer and we want to bless his family. T-shirts and crew neck sweatshirts are available online and by paper order now! Orders are due to the school by Friday, January 24th.

Due to inclement weather Medford will be out for a snow day tomorrow. All classes and activities are canceled.
Due to the weather, Friday's Basketball Games at the Coach Thompson Invitational at Medford have been postponed until Saturday. Saturday's game schedule will move to Monday, 13th.
10 lifters, grades 7-12, competed in the Ringwood Powerlifting Meet Thursday, January 9. Due to weather, the meet was cut short after one (of three) lifts. Meet sponsors awarded medals to competitors, based on the Squat lift only.
Cardinals receiving medals were:
7th graders - Kade Branson 2nd, 168 lb class; Kaleb Kysar 2nd, 157 lb class.
8th grade - Logan Hammons 2nd, 105 lb class; Kyler Eccles 2nd, 157 lb class; Cruz Ruiz 2nd, 168 lb class.
9th grade: Collin Scantling 1st, 145 lb class.
HS - Kyler Beech 4th, 145 lb class; Jack Blubaugh 4th, 157 lb class.
Also competing were: 7th grade - Braxton Smith, 105 lb class & HS - Lyam Kilian, 198 lb class.
These young men represented Medford very well! #GoCards!

New date for January Rise and Shine!

Games begin tomorrow at 6:30! Wear white and come cheer on the MHS basketball teams as they kick off 2025 and take on the Dover Longhorns at home! The Medford Alumni Association is handing out 250 white rally towels to white out participants! Let's go Cards!

Medford HS Basketball Tournament Jan. 9th-11th


Thanks to the many generous donations to Santa's Workshop Medford FCCLA was able to donate over $1700.00 to the Wakita Crown and Medford Ministerial Alliance. The funds will be used to help area families with needs during the Christmas Season!
