We had a great first day! A few reminders about dismissal: 🚦If there is a change in dismissal procedure for your elementary student, please notify the office by 2:15. After that time, many students are outside at second recess and relaying messages becomes challenging. Feel free to notify teachers, but please also notify the office so we can ensure that students are dismissed in the correct location. 🚦In case you weren't aware, we have had a large increase in enrollment numbers. More students means more cars, which will increase the amount of time it takes for both car lines. Thank you in advance for your patience as we safely dismiss our growing number of students. 🚦If using the south car line, please pull all the way forward to the next available staff member where they will load your child/children in your vehicle. 🚦If you haven't yet downloaded our app, do that ASAP so you can easily communicate with teachers and get information delivered to you. It is "MPS Cards" in the App Store and you will create an account using the email you provided when enrolling your child.

Students interested in shooting sports are REQUIRED to have an Oklahoma Hunter Ed Course Certification. Archery 4th-12th students Trap 8th-12th students Sporting Clays 8th-12th FFA ONLY This is an opportunity to attend an in person class rather than having to do it at home online individually.

Attention Softball Players and Parents: The Tournament set to play today at Enid has been moved to Waukomis, due to the weather.

🎉 Exciting News from Medford FFA! 🎉 Brenden Winter and Carter Junghanns represented Medford FFA at the Oklahoma Farm Bureau FFA Communications Conference in Edmond. Nearly 100 students came together to sharpen skills in photography, videography, social media, graphic design, writing, and more.

Please see the attached letter for more information on a new Oklahoma law affecting students this year.

2025 JH/HS Cross Country Runners:
Practice will start on August 11th with two practice options: 6:15 am or 4:00 pm
Morning practice will meet in front of the Cafeteria doors, and the afternoon practice will meet in front of the school. Make sure you have had your physical completed and turned in to the coach or Nurse Shelley.

5th-12th Grade Boys Summer Pride: 5th and 6th grade are finished for the summer. JH boys will lift with the HS, at 7:00 am, on July 28, 30, and 31. July 31 will be the last days of Summer Pride. #cardinalpride

🚨🚨🚨 Did you miss enrollment? Students/parents in grades PK-8th can pick up and complete paperwork any Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the office. Students/parents in 9th-12th grade will need to complete paperwork and choose classes on July 31 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m in the office.

📣👏 7 Medford 4-H & FFA members represented our community at Big Three Field Days! They sharpened their skills by judging numerous sets of livestock and gained valuable experience in the process.

Tomorrow, July 21, is the last day to register for Medford Kids Football Camp to ensure you get your shirt at camp! Forms can be picked up and dropped off in the school office. Registration will be accepted after tomorrow, but you will not receive your shirt at camp. Students in grades 1st-4th grade! Camp is July 31-August 1.

Head Start is at the school for enrollment today from 9-3!

Mini Cheer Camp will still be in the cafeteria today from 5:30-7:30. We will walk the little campers to the NEW GYM for the family showcase. Please pick your camper up from the NEW GYM after we perform! We can't wait to show you what we've learned!🤍
