Four FFA students attended the Northern Oklahoma College Interscholastics contest today. They competed in the Agriculture Communications contest.
There have been some changes made to the Medford JH tournament for Wednesday Jan. 25.
Times have been moved to help teams stay back to back as much as possible for travel purposes due to possible weather conditions.

HS games vs. Lomega will be moved up and girls game will begin at 5pm. 3/4 Little Dribblers will remain at the same time and be done during halftime of the HS boys game. 3/4 need to be there at 6:30. Games will be broadcast on medfordcardinals.tv

This week MHS is focusing on the importance of mental health. Students will be talking about how aspects of nutrition, sleep, exercise, and positive communication affect their overall mental health.

FCCLA Officer lead the way for the Medford chapter to collect 20 comfort cases for foster kids. Each case contains a blanket, book, pjs, stuffed animal, hygiene items and activity books. The chapter also collected socks, books and various hygiene products. Items will be delivered to Citizens Caring for Children.

High School Quiz Bowl team earned the title of Area Runner-up today, punching a ticket for State.

The games at Shidler tomorrow Jan. 13 will be played with the boys game starting at 6:30 and the Girls game to follow! It is Shidler's Homecoming and they flip game times for this event.
Medford basketball homecoming will be January 30th. The homecoming schedule is as follows:
2:50PM- Pep rally in the gym
5:00PM- Coronation pictures
5:30PM- Basketball homecoming coronation
6:30PM- HS basketball game against Pioneer
The 2023 basketball homecoming court is Eli Gonzales, Jesus Vargas, Isaiah Lyons, Zach Hancock, Peyton Smith, Katherine Blubaugh, April Cody, Kailey Lohmann, and Jayda Kilian. The kindergarten attendants are Corbin Rogers and Elle Cook.
