Due to incoming rain, today's Halloween parade will be held in the auditorium and then students will trick-or-treat in the old gym. If you are planning to set up a trick-or-treat station, you will need to check in to the front office or with Officer Sinor by the back gym doors.

A decision will be made and announced by 11:30 a.m. tomorrow.

Medford FFA Shooting Sports The Medford FFA Shooting Sports team had a great run during this year’s FFA Sporting Clays season! Although we fell just short of finishing in the top 4 to qualify for the State Contest, our shooters showed tremendous improvement throughout the season. It was exciting to watch their scores improve and their confidence grow with each competition! We are proud of the hard work, dedication, and progress these students made this year. We have a lot to build on and are already looking forward to coming back even stronger next season! Proud of our Medford FFA shooters! Onto Interscholastic Trap shooting this spring!

Special Olympics competed in the Cherokee Strip Area Individuals Bowling Tournament! Jairon Durant 2nd place, Martina Wilson 1st place, Alexa Kalblinger 2nd place, Naomi Wilson 2nd place and Ellie Ransom 2nd place in their respective brackets.

Medford FFA Takes on National FFA Convention! What an incredible week of learning, exploring, and making memories! Nine Medford FFA members had the opportunity to attend the National FFA Convention & Expo in Indianapolis, Indiana! Our trip started in Kansas with a tour of Cross Country Genetics, where members learned about embryo transfer in cattle and the exciting advancements in virtual fencing technology.🐮🐮 From there, we headed to Kentucky, where we toured the Louisville Slugger Museum and learned about their sustainable logging practices used to produce the iconic Louisville Slugger baseball bats! ⚾ Our next stop was Churchill Downs, where members got a behind-the-scenes look at the horse racing industry and learned about the history and traditions of the Kentucky Derby! 🐎🐎 We then made our way to Indianapolis for the National FFA Convention! Members attended multiple convention sessions, gained valuable leadership knowledge, and experienced everything National FFA has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our trip than watching Kaylee Junghanns walk across the stage to receive her American FFA Degree! 💙💛 This is the highest degree awarded by the National FFA Organization, and we are extremely proud of her accomplishment! It was a great week filled with new experiences, valuable lessons, and memories these members will carry with them for years to come! Kremlin Schools is doing roof construction that will affect our parking today.

Visitors will need to park in the gravel lot used for football. Handicap parking will be right behind the HS along the building south of the gym. Visiting buses need to park lined up parallel to the 3 light poles in the drive along the practice field, but not blocking the drive.


No visiting parking will be available up front.

Next week is Red Ribbon Week! Join us in the simple dress up days for the week! Each class will decide on a color to wear for Wednesday's dress up day for Color Wars.

Our Medford FFA 8th graders and freshmen had a busy few days this past week competing in Creed Speaking & Greenhand contests! On Monday, two of our Creed speakers traveled to Pawhuska for the LDE Contest, where Tori Cochran placed 4th in FFA Creed! On Tuesday, 9 eighth graders and 2 freshmen traveled to Garber for the Regional Greenhand & OCC Contest. All of our students did a great job competing in their respective Creed Speaking divisions! Tori Cochran advanced to the final round of the Greenhand Creed Contest, finishing 9th overall! We are proud of all these students for stepping out of their comfort zones, putting in the work, and representing Medford FFA so well! Keep up the great work!
